My love of cookies has been a battle my entire life. No surprise that my nickname in my family was cookie monster. As trends happen, he went from being one of the most lovable and adored muppets on Sesame Street, to becoming almost non-existent during the health craze years. But in my heart, there will always be a spot for him!
Congratulations to Sesame Street on 40 years of educational, entertaining and forward thinking programming for our youth. My children religiously watched the show as much as I did at their age. We love the Google Doodle honoring the show and love the choice of character!
